That the officers ^non commissioned officers^ privates and musicians of the Ma-
rine Corps, who have served with the army in the war
with Mexico, and also the artificers and laborers of the
ordnance corps serving in said war, be placed in all re-
spects as to Bounty Land and other remuneration in
addition to ordinary pay, on a footing with the officers ^non commissioned officers^
privates and musicians of the Army: Provided, That
this remuneration shall be in lieu of prize money and
all other extra allowances.
