Sec[Section] ^st Be it Enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the Sheriff of the county of Fulton be and he is hereby authorized to pay all the taxes collected from the residents of Said county into the county treasury, in pursuance of an act to which this is a Suppliment for the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty three,
