AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Pike County to sell certain property therein named.

Property to be sold.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the county commissioners of Pike county, be, and they are hereby authorized to sell at public vendue, all the town lots and buildings thereon, which are situated in the town of Atlas, belonging to said county of Pike. Said commissioners shall cause notice of the time and place of sale, to be posted up in five of the most public places in the county, at least four weeks next preceding the day of sale.
Conditions of sale.
Sec. 2. The said commissioners are hereby required to fix the conditions of the sale, and may give to the purchaser or purchasers, a credit of not exceeding one year, as they may deem most advantageous to the interest of the county. The proceeds of said sales shall be paid into the County Treasury, and become a part of the revenue of said county.
Acts repealed.
Sec. 3. All laws and parts of laws which come within

the meaning and purview of this act, be, and the same are hereby repealed. This act to take effect from and after its passage.
