Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General assembly,
That the county commissioners court of White county be and is hereby authorized and impowered to cause to be reviewed and relocated any State road in said county, in the same manner and under the same restrictions as other roads in said county may be reviewed and relocated, provided no State road shall be altered or changed at the point where the same may cross the county line. This act to be in force from and after its passage.
