AN ACT for the relief of the People of White County.

County commissioners authorized to relocate certain State road.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the county commissioners’ court of White county, be, and is hereby authorized and empowered to cause to be reviewed and relocated any State road in said county, in the same manner and under the same restrictions as other roads in said county may be reviewed and re-located: Provided, no State road shall be altered or changed at the point where the same may cross the county line.
This act to be in force from and after its passage.
