Sec. 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the general assembly:
That so much of the state road leading from Hillsboro to Shelbyville as lies between the Long branch near Isaiah Granthams and the school house near Marke S. Rutledge in the county of Montgomery be so changed as to run on the line dividing section thirty two east and west and from the east side of said section to run a strait course to the ford of the Long branch near said Granthams and from the west side of said section a straight course to the said school house and said road when so changed to be worked and kept in repair as other state roads arethis act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
