Sec[Section] 1^st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That so much of the first section of an act, appropriating a portion of the avails, arising from the sale of the Saline Lands in Gallatin County, to internal improvement, approved 16^th Feb^y[February] 1831, as makes it the duty of the county commissioners’ court of Randolph County, to expend the appropriation, made said County (out of the above recited act) on a certain road therein named, be and the same are ^is^ hereby repealed.

Sec^t 2^nd That the county commissioners, of said county of Randolph, are hereby authorized to deposit said appropriation, in the county treasury, of said county to be expended by said court as they may think just and proper. This act to take effect from and after its passage, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
