Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That Samuel Leech his heirs and assigns be, and they are hereby authorized to build and continue a
mill dam across the Little Wabash River at Harris’ Shoals in Wayne County, on the east half of ^the^ south east quarter of section twenty one, in township two south, of Range nine east,
eight feet high above ordinary low water mark.
Sec 2 That Daniel Francisco be, and he is hereby authorized, to build a mill dam across the Kaskaskia river in Shelby county, on the west half of the north east quarter of section thirty four, township twelve
north, of Range four east; eight feet high above low ^water^ mark.
Sec 3. And be it further enacted, that Thomas Rattan be authorized to raise his mill dam twelve feet high in Greene County on Macoupin Creek on the West half of the south east quarter of section sixteen in township nine north,
Range eleven west.
This act to be in force from and after its passage.
