Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That the contract entered into between William Allen, and Malina Rogers, (now Malina Allen) both of Hamilton county, on the 1^st day of November 1832, be, and the same is hereby confirmed, and declared of full force, any law to the contrary notwithstanding; and the record of the said contract and of the acknowledgement of the said parties thereto, in the Recorders’ office of the said county of Hamilton, shall be deemed and taken as competent evidence of the execution of said contract.
