AN ACT for the relief of Thomas Redmond.
1Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That Thomas Redmond shall be relieved from any further payment for certain Vandalia out-lots, upon his paying fifty dollars: Provided, the same is paid within eighteen months after the passage of this act.

1Thomas Mather from the Committee on Petitions, to which the Senate referred the petition of Thomas Redmond, introduced SB 116 in the Senate on January 31, 1835. The Senate passed the bill on February 2. The
House of Representatives passed the bill on February 6. On February 7, the Council of Revision approved the bill and the act became law.
