Sec[Section]. 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly, That Thomas G. Hawly, Calvin [Ranley?], ^Joseph Burrough^ and William Martin ^Ninian W Edwards,^, are hereby appointed Commissioners to act, with those heretofore named in said incorporation for the purpose of opening books for subscription to the capital Stock of said company.
