A. Bill for an act declaring certain streams therein named navigable

sec[section] 1^st. be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the general assembly That Lusk creek be and the same is hereby declared a navigable stream & public high way so from the mouth of said creek so far up as Cowens Mill on said creek

[A?] sec 2^nd that Grandpier creek be ^and the same is hereby^ declared a navigable stream from it mouth so far up as Chips Mill dam

sec 3^rd, also, Big creek is hereby declared navigable from its mouth so far up said creek as Twitchells Mill on said creek, all of which said streams runs through Pope County Illinois and the same streams severally are to be free for all persons to pass with any water craft loaded with lumber or produce of Any kind whatsoever.

sec 4. this act to take effect & be in force from its passage
