Sec[Section] 1 Be it enated by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That so much of that alley of “McRoberts and1 Walker’s addition to the Town of Danville” as lies between lots numbered four and five in block numbered two ^of^ said addition be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec 2 That the east line of said lot numbered four be where the west line of said lot numbered five now is.
Sec 3 That this act shall be deemed a public act, and be in force from and after its passage.
