AN ACT to vacate a part of the plat of McRoberts’ and Walker’s addition to the town of Danville.
1Part of alley of McRobert’s & Walker’s addition vacated
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That so much of that alley of McRobert’s and Walker’s addition to the town of Danville as lies between lots numbered four and five, in block numbered two of said addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That the east line of said lot numbered four be where the west line of said lot
numbered five now is.
This act declared a public act
Sec. 3. That this act shall be deemed a public act, and be in force from and after its passage.
Approved 1st March, 1837.
