Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General assembly That in all cases when Commissioners were appointed at the last Session of this General Assembly to view mark, and locate or review, remark, and relocate State roads or parts of State Roads in any part of this State, and who failed or were unable to meet and be sworn according to the provisions of the Several acts or parts of acts directing the form and manner of locating said Roads, it shall be lawful for said Commissioners to meet and be sworn at any time before the first day of December next, and proceed to view mark and locate or review, remark and relocate their respective roads or parts of roads in the form and manner prescribed in the Several acts authorizing the same
Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
