Section 1. Be it Enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly. That in all cases when commissioners were appointed to Locate state Roads by acts passed during the Last Session of the General Assembly and said commissioners have from any cause whatever failed to perform the duties required of them, they are hereby authorized and required to perform the said duties at any time previous to the twenty fifth day of December next.
