A Bill for “An act to legalise certain terms of the Circuit Courts in the seventh Judicial Circuit”
            
            Be it enacted by the People of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly that a certain term of the Circuit Court for the county of Will begun and held on the second monday of June in the year of
               our Lord one Thousand, Eight hundred and thirty seven, also, a certain term of the
               Circuit Court for the County of Kane, begun and held on the Third monday of June in the year aforesaid,
               be and the same are hereby legalised and all proceedings had ^and judgments rendered^ at the said terms are hereby rendered as valid and binding as if they were had at
               a regular term of the aforesaid Circuit Courts
            This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
