The committee on Publick Accounts and expenditures to which was refered the Resolution of this House requiring them to inquire into the expediency of of authorising the publishing of the State Laws of a general nature in the public newspapers have had the same under consideration and have directed me to report that in the opinion of the committee it is inexpedient to legislate on the subject and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject
