Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the County Commissioners of Bond County, may and they are hereby authorised to continue to loan the distributive share of the two hundred thousand dollars, to which said County is entitled, by virtue of “an act entitled an act to establish and maintain a general system of Internal improvement approved 27^th Feb.^y.[February] 1837.” at such rates of interest as said Commissioners may agree upon and expend the interest only, for the object for which said appropriation was made, until said Commissioners find it expedient to expend the principal also

Sec. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
