Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly That the sum of Five hundred dollars out of the Sum directed by the act to which is a Supplement to be expended on the road leading from Augusta in pike County via pittsfield[,] New Hartford[,] and Atlas to Burnet[’]s ferry on the missippi River be and the same is hereby appropriated to the improvement of the road leading from Phillip^s ferry to Pittsfield whichs sum is in addition to the sum heretofore appropriated

Sec [Section]2 That the Sum of Five Hundred dollars in addition to the sum heretofore appropriated for the improvement of the road from Perry to the Illinois River is hereby appropriated to the ^further^ improvement of said road which sum shall be taken from the sum provided by the act to which this is a Supplement to be expended on the road from Augusta Via Pittsfield[,] New Hartford[,] & Atlas to Burnett[’]s ferry on the Missippi RiverAny thing in the act to which this is a Supplement to the contrary not withstanding

This act act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
