Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That every person having any legal possession of any lands, tenements or hereditaments in this State, and having, a connected title as required in the act to which this is supplementary, shall be entitled to all the rights and advantages provided in said act in as full and ample a manner as though such person was possessed by actual residence thereon.
