Amended by triking out all after the enacting clause and insert the following
That every person having any legal possession of any lands tenements, or hereditaments,
^in this state^ and having a connected tittle as required in the act, to which this is supplementary, shall be entitled to all
the rights and advantages, provided in said act, in as full and ample manner, as though
such person was possessed by actual residence thereon.
