Sec[Section] 1st. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly,
That T R Webber Administrator of William Webber deceased be and he is hereby authorized and empowere[d] to make execute and deliver to Jacob W. [Slator?] his heirs and assigns a deed of [conveyance?] [?] a certain town lot in the town of Urbanna in the county of Champaign and state of Illinois known and designated on the recorded plat of said town as lot No seven of a subdivision of out lots in said town, which said Webber in his life time sold to said Slator, upon said Slators paying for said lot the full amount which he contracted to pay for the same which deed so executed should be good and sufficient in law to pass all the estate right and title which the said Webber at the time of this death had in and to the said town lot
