Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the Judge of the fourth Judicial Circuitis hereby authorised and required to [?] special term of the Circuit Court [?] of [?] on the [?] the first Monday in July [?] the second Monday in July in Coles annually
Sec. 2. Said special term of said Court shall be for the same purposes and conducted in
the same manner that other general terms are
Sec 3. The County Commissioners of said County shall respectively allow out of the County
treasury [?]and a further reasonable sum, as a compensation to all grand and petit Jurors
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
