A Bill for—An Act to authorize the Judge of the fourth Judicial Circuit to hold Special terms of the Circuit Court
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly: That the Judge of the fourth Judicial Circuit is hereby authorized and required to hold a Special term of the Circuit Court in the Counties of Vermilion, Edgar [,] and Coles; to commence on the last Monday in June, in Vermilion; on the first Monday in July, in Edgar; and on the second Monday in July, in Coles, Annually.
Sec. 2. Said Special terms of said Court shall be for the same purposes, and conducted in the same manner that the General terms are.
Sec. 3. The County Commissioners of said Counties, shall respectively, allow out of the County treasury, a reasonable sum, as a compensation to said Judge, for the serving herein required of him. And a further reasonable sum, as a compensation to all Grand and petit Jurors.
