To the Honorable, the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Illinois, in General Assembly met.
The Petition of the Subscribers, Citizens of Will County, respectfully Showeth: That the act entitled “an act to incorporate the Town of Juliet, and to define its boundaries”, approved 1st.
