Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That hereafter the President and trustees of the Town of Greenville, in the County of Bond, shall not be required to open or keep in repair any State or County road beyond the Corporate limits of said Town
