Section 1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That, the act entitled “An Act to incorporate the Stockholders of the Randolph Manufacturing Company,” approved, January 16th 1836, be, and the same is hereby revived with all the rights, privileges[,] and advantages in the said act contained; Provided that, if the said company shall not have been organized under said act hereby revived, and the works located, and business commenced within two years from the first day of July next, this act shall be void and of no effect.
