A Bill for “an act concerning [the school] fund in Township thirteen North of Range Eight West

Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly, That the Trustees of [township ] thirteen North of Range Eight West [in] Morgan County be and they are [hereby?] required to Examine the [Samuel] Givins Deceased for Teaching school in said Township and pay over [William] T. Givins the amount of money [out of ] the school Fund of said Township to where the said Samuel Givins would have been entitled out of said Fund if he had made out and returned a [schedule] of his school according to law
