AN ACT concerning the school fund in township thirteen north, of range eight west.
1Duty of trustees.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the trustees of township thirteen north, of range eight west, in Morgan county, be, and they are hereby, required to examine the accounts of Samuel Givins, deceased, for teaching school in said township, and pay over to William T. Givins the amount of money, out of the school fund of said township, to which the said Samue[l] Givins would have been entitled out of said funds, as if he had made out and returned a
schedule of his school according to law.
