Be it enacted by the People of the of State of Illinois Represantatives in the general Assembly that the sum of three thousand Dollers be and the same is hereby appopriated out of the Intarnal ^Improvement^ fund of this state for the improvement of the Davils swamp on the state Road leading from the Devils oven2 to Brownsvill in Jackson County and the same apropriation shall be expanded under the Direction of the commissioners of public works
this bill to take affect from and after its passage
