Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General [As]sembly, That Johnson Summers[,] Lewis Prittiman[,] [and?] Joseph Mitchell Junr, be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to review and relocate a part of the State Road leading from Circleville in Tazewell County to Springfield in Sangamon County, the said Commissioners after being duly sworn to perform the duties perf required of them in this act, shall proceed to review and relocate said road commensing at some point in said road between Circlesville and the top of the Mackinaw Bluffs from thence Southerly to the bridge over the Mackinaw river near [Woodroughs?] mill from thence Southerly on the most eligable rout to intersect the present road.

Sec 2 All that part of the present road which shall be altered by the relocation herein authorized shall be vacated.

Sec 3 The Commissioners aforesaid shall file a plat and survey of the road that they may locate, in the Office of [?] County Commissioners Clerk of Taze[well] County and shall receive for their services such compensation as the Commissioners court of said County may deem equitable.
