Sec:[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That Philip Luster, Richard Day, and Thomas B Hickman, or a majority of them, shall meet at the House of Philip Luster, in Fayette County on the first Monday of April next and after being duly sworn, proceed to review,
mark, and resurvey so much of said road, as lies between Philip Lusters and the Bridge on Richland creek; and the road so located, shall be deemed a Public road and worked and kept in repair
as other State roads; any law to the contrary notwithstanding
Sec: 2. Be it further enacted, that the County Commissioners of Fayette shall allow all reasonable expense incured by the relocation of said road.
