Section 1. Be it Enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly, That the state Road ^which^ leads1 ing from Philips Ferry to the saint Louis River, and intersects the Road leading from Jacksonville to Carrolton two and a half miles south of Jacksonville, shall be and is hereby changed, and made to pass upon the following ground, Beginning at the south west corner of the South East Quarter of Section thirty four in Township Number Fifteen North, Range Number Eleven West of the third principal meridian, thence North on the West line of said Quarter section to the center line of sections thirty four, thirty five, and thirty six thence due East to the intersection of the present Road.
