AN ACT to change a part of the Grand View and Terre Haute road, in the county of Edgar.

Part of road relocated.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That that part of the road lying between the ford of the creek, near Thomas Hicklins, in Edgar county, and the school house called Independence, about a quarter of a mile west of the aforesaid ford, be, and the same is hereby, relocated, and placed on the township line between those points, or as near to the line as the nature of the ground will permit.
Sec. 2. The present road shall be kept in repair as usual, and used as a public road until the above change is made, and the road opened, and made safe and convenient for service; after which time the present road shall be considered vacated, and the new part shall be recognized as a part of the State road leading from Grand View to Terre Haute.
