[?] The [School?] Commissioner of the county of Edwards is hereby authorised to sell the school land granted for the use of the inhabitants of any fractional township in fractional Range Eleven East of the Third Principal Meridian, in said county of Edwards, on petition of three-fourths of the legal voters of the township as in other cases, athough such fractional township may not contain the number of white inhabitants required by the several laws relative to the sale of school lands.
