AN ACT supplemental to “An act to incorporate the Quincy, Griggsville, and Springfield Turnpike Company,” approved March 1, 1837.

Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the Quincy, Griggsville, Jacksonville, and Springfield Turnpike Company, be allowed, five years longer to commence and to complete the construction of the road provided
for in the act incorporating said company, approved March 1st, 1837.
Approved, March 1, 1839.
1William Ross introduced SB 230 in the Senate on February 18, 1839, and the Senate passed the bill on February 19. The House of Representatives passed the bill on February 27. On March 1, the Council of Revision approved the bill, and the act became law.
