Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That in all suits which shall hereafter be commenced before Justices of the peace each party shall bring forward all his or her demands against the ^others^ which are of such a nature as to be consolidated, and which do not exceed one hundred dollars when consolidated into one action or defence
Sec 2nd On refusing or neglecting so to do if such party so refuseing or neglecting shall afterwards institute any suit to recover the amount of any demand not brought forward at the time required in the proceeding section the Justice of the peace before whom such suit may be instituted shall proceed to render Judgment for such amount (if any) as may be proved due to such party but the Justice shall tax such party with the costs of such suit
Sec 3 So much of the 28th section of the act to which this is an amendment as requires the certificate of the Clerk of the Circuit Court to be attached to an execution issued to another County, is hereby repealed, and hereafter all such certificates shall

be made out in the maner designated in said section by the Clerk of the County Commissioners Court of the proper County This act to take effect and be in force the first day of March next
