Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That an act entitled an act to locate a certain State Road, therein mentioned approved February 27th 1839, be revived and that the period of time allowed the Commissioners appointed by said
act to perform the duties assigned them therein be extended to one year from the passage
of this act
