Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the survey and location of the road from White Hall to the Illinois river as located by the Commissioners appointed under an act authoriseing the County Commissioners Court to construct certain roads in Green County approved, March 2^nd 1839 shall be deemed as good and valid as if the same had been done according to the provisions of the above recited act

Sec 2. The roads mentioned in the aforesaid act shall be deemed state roads and kept in repair as other State roads are
