Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the Trustees of schools in Township number Eight North of Range Five East of the Fourth Principal Meridian in the County of Peoria, be and they are hereby authorised to pay over to the purchasers of section number sixteen of said Township any amount of money the said purchasers may have over paid by reason of the said section, or any part thereof having fallen short in quantity from what the said section or any subdivision may have been supposed to contain at the time of sale
