Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That an appeal shall be allowed from the proceedings of Probate Justices of the Peace
in all cases whatsoever, whether such proceedings be in the exercise of the ministerial
or Judicial power of such Probate Justice of the Peace, any thing in the Tenth section of the act to which this is an amendment to the contrary notwithstanding; appeals to be taken
and prosecuted in the manner provided by said tenth section of said act
Sec 2 That said Probate Justices of the Peace shall be allowed fifteen cents for every
one hundred words, for making out and filing in the Circuit Court, a report of their
proceedings as required in the seventh section of the act to which this is an amendment
