Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That so much of the State road from Pekin to Washington as lies East of the range line between Township Twenty five North range Three and Four West of the Third principal Meridian, and west of the Bridge near Richard Ratcliff[’]s is hereby declared a state road and shall be worked and kept in repair as other state roads
