Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly, That Lusk creek in the county of Pope, is hereby declared a navigable stream from the mouth thereof up to John Pritt’s mill, and all laws declaring said creek navigable higher up than Pritt’s mill, are hereby repealed.
