Sec.[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly, That the acts of the county Commissioners of the county of Champaign, in relation to the assessment and collection of the county and state tax for the year 1839, be, and they same are hereby legalized.
