Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly That the assessment of taxes taken in Mc Henry and Stark counties in the year 1839, shall be good and valid and in every respect legal as if the same had been taken under the provisions of the act concerning the Public Revenue, approved Feb.[February] 26, 1839.
