Sec [Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That Hall Syms be added to the list of Commissoioners to review certain State roads, running out of the South and West side of the Town of Paris in the County of Edgar, as authorized in a previous act, of the present Legislature. This act, to be in force from and after its passage,
