A Bill for an act concerning certain moneys therein named
Sec.[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the sum of Two Thousand dollars heretofore appropriated by the Legislature for the improvement of the Sangamon River is hereby appropriated for the construction of the State house
Sec 2. The county commissioners of the county of Sangamon are hereby authorised and required to pay over to said Two thousand dollars to the state house commissioners or sutch other person or persons as may be authorised by law to superintend the construction of said state house whenever the same may be required by said commissioners or other person or persons.
Sec. 3. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
