An act for the relief of the securities of Amos Mernott Amos Mernott
Sec[Section] 1. Be it Enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly.
That Horatio N. Belt and James H Perry be and they are hereby released from the Judgment rendered on the recognizance which they Entered into for the appearance of Amos Mernott on an Indictment against him for Adultery in the Greene Circuit Court, and that this Law shall be a sufficient discharge of the Judgment, or Execution (if any such has issued) Provided the said Belt and Perry pay the cost adjudged in said cause. This act to take effect from and after its passage
