Sct[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois Represented in the general assembly that the Twenty fifth Section of an act intitled an act to incorperate the subscribers to the Bank of the state of Illinois approved February 12 1835

shall be suspended and inopperative at all times hereafter when the indebtedness of the state of Illinois to said Bank shall exceed the sum of two hundred thousand dollars upon condition that the said Bank will redeem all auditors warrents and warrentes issued or to be issued on account of the school fund on presentation to the amount ^inclusive of the present indebtedness of the state to said Bank^ of at least three hundred thousand dollars and further that neither the said Branches Bank nor any of its Branches shall require on the renewal of any[...?] accommodation note the payment of any instalment exceeding five per cent on the ammount for which such note may have been originally giveng during any such suspension Nor shall said Bank have the privilege of exercising the Banking powers in ^[...?] of^ [...?] business paper in general or discount paper during the [...?] of [...?] suspension or any time [...?] extension in the circulation of known notes
